Found this awesome Android L Xperia Theme, no root needed just install the .apk and apply from themes in settings. This will give you the nav bar icons, colour scheme and wallpaper.

I also installed the Google Keyboard and in its Settings>Advanced Settings>Theme, changed it to "Material". You can get the updated version from Android L with the Material theme from here...
